AVK Syntec Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of the internationally operating AVK Group, is specialised in producing high-grade plastic products and components. The manufacturing process includes injection moulding, machining, welding and pressure testing. These processes take place in a modern, well-equipped production facility in Wujiang (China) according to the latest ISO standards.

The ball valves are produced in a modern and well equipped manufacturing facility. State of the art machinery is used to guarantee a consistent high quality. Traceability is maintained throughout the manufacturing process from the initial injection moulding of the component parts through machining and welding and final batch release testing. Every valve is given a unique serial number which can be traced as far back as the raw polyethylene material. The manufacturing processes are managed to the exacting standards of the ISO 9001 certification.

The robust PE Ball Valves have been extensively Type Tested against worldwide leading standards and also undergone additional tests over and above those required in the specifications. This ensures the valve is suitable for both water and gas distribution environments wherever it may be installed.
